Browser-only personal dates · not an NDF social-media decision

Neurodiversity Pride Day belongs to neurodivergent people. It is a day to celebrate who we are, to recognise one another and to make room for joy on our own terms. There is no required way to participate: with friends, in a crowd, online, alone, quietly or with a great deal of colour.

Pride is not a claim that life is always easy. It does not erase barriers, support needs or injustice. It says something deeper: neurodivergent lives carry dignity that does not depend on other people's approval. We can ask for change and celebrate ourselves at the same time.

The Neurodiversity Foundation is proud to help make this space possible. Let us honour the courage, imagination and generosity of a growing movement—and keep the doors open for those who are only now discovering that they belong.

Thoughtful participation

What can I do?

Three NDF suggestions, not official activities or requirements from the organiser. Choose what is accessible and meaningful to you.

IDEA 01

Celebrate on your own terms

Choose a way to mark the day that feels right: quietly, creatively, with others, or not at all.

IDEA 02

Make participation optional

If you bring people together, offer a clear schedule, quiet alternatives and permission to step away.

IDEA 03

Amplify community voices

Read and share a contribution created by neurodivergent people, with permission and attribution.
